Feelings are emotions such as anger, fear, love, and worry. How you respond to these emotions can change the course of your future, and how you feel about your self-worth.
We can overcome challenges in our environment by experiencing gratifying events that evoke positive emotions. We do this everyday by recognizing our own talents, and using our strengths to achieve personal success.
When we realize we are feeling challenged, we must realize the feelings are acceptable, but negative actions are not. If we are feeling distress, we need to pause, and try coping with the feelings, before we take our next step.
