Healthy is to be well or to have good health.
There are a multitude of factors that impact our physical, mental and emotional health. Most of us would highlight sleeping well, eating right, and exercising regularly as essential elements in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

"I'm in the running club, and I run before school starts."
"I eat the salad with my lunch and sometimes I choose the apples if they are there."

"I brush my teeth with my class. The dentist that I went to at school said that will make my teeth be more healthy."
