Wellness is to be totally healthy in body, mind, and feeling.
In order to experience positive results in the realm of physical, emotional and mental health, we must adopt a lifestyle that embraces the breadth of wellness. Yet, we know how difficult it is to balance the day-to-day realities of work and family life with a commitment to maintaining complete mind and body health.
We also need to share this philosophy with our students. We need to model living well, teach them to be well, and reinforce those ideas on a daily basis to create happy, healthy students
