What an EXCITING day at the NB Ranch!! Our 5th Graders have been working hard for the last month on their Native American Home Model Projects using various mediums. They created a Google Slide Show with information representing various tribes throughout the United States! Our Broncos showcased their creativity and hard work with an on campus event for families!! It was great to have so many families and visitors supporting our students this morning! Way to go Broncos!!
San Diego Children's Museum Water Engineering Workshop at NB Ranch:
Last week 2nd graders got the chance to interact with a watershed model to design, build, and implement a solution to flooding. By discovering why flooding occurs, students used engineering principles to identify various means of preventing flooding.
The PTA Bronco Kick-off is today, Thursday, September 19th from 5-7 pm. Come join us for a fun, back-to-school event!

Our FIRST NB Ranch Round Up was a huge success! Round ups are the new monthly multi-grade advisory groups students attend to build community, and learn more about life on the NB Ranch. It was exciting to see the care and kindness our older students displayed when walking their Kinder and 1st grade friends to their new class!

What's eSports all about?
In EUSD, it's more than just gaming! Our eSports enrichment program is growing strong after making its debut in the fall as part of our Expanded Learning Opportunities Program. eSports has students exercising their critical thinking skills, engaging in career exploration, learning to collaborate, and more. Our Bronco Bike Rodeo was a success! Thank you to the Escondido Police Department and the Escondido COMPACT Education program for facilitating this event. Our students learned riding safety tips while having fun. Students had a chance to get a close look at a Police car and learned very interesting information given by Sargent Leso and went home with sets of lights for their bikes and scooters, a helmet, and other cool safety gadgets.
